The Australian Property Institute is pleased to present the Peter Barrington Gold Medal Awards for students to stimulate research and excellence in Australia. The grant program is now accepting applications for the academic year 2021-2022.

The prize, which is funded by the Australian Property Research and Education Fund, is open to all Australian students pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree in a property-related discipline at an Australian academic institution. The $1,000 prize will be awarded to students who have a suitable research topic.

The Australian Property Institute is a leading and modern membership organization that represents valuers, analysts, fund managers, and property lawyers in the residential, commercial, and plant, and machinery sectors.

Eligibility of API Peter Barrington Gold Medal Awards in Australia

• Eligible Countries: Australian students are welcome to apply.
• Eligible Courses or Subjects: Applicants may pursue a master’s or doctoral degree in any Australian academic institution in any discipline of their choice.
• Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must meet all of the following/given criteria to be considered eligible:
• Applicants must mail their applications together with a covering letter.

How To Apply for API Peter Barrington Gold Medal Awards in Australia

• How to Apply: Students must follow the application process of the institute they desire to attend and apply online through the institute’s portal. To apply for the prize, applicants must send a thesis or paper completed as part of a Masters or Ph.D. course of study, as well as the documentation listed below, to [email protected]
• Documents to Support: The following documents must be presented to the university by the students:
• Thesis Copy
• Statement of support from the supervisor at the educational institution where the study is being conducted
• Admission Requirements: Applicants must meet the university’s GPA requirements and possess suitable qualifications.
• Language Requirements: Students must meet the language requirements of the educational institution to which they are applying. Some of the most widely accepted English language competency tests are the TOEFL and IELTS.
