China Scholarship Council Doctoral Awards in Germany. The Freie Universität Berlin has established the China Scholarship Council Program for Doctoral Researchers in Germany for the academic year 2022-2023 in collaboration with the China Scholarship Council.

Students who identify as Chinese nationals or citizens have an exclusive option to apply for a financed Ph.D. study in Germany. Doctoral candidates who have finished their Master’s degree in Germany or elsewhere in the world are also eligible to apply. The scholarship will help to cover the expense of schooling.

Berlin’s Freie Universität is a public research university in Berlin, Germany. Its purpose is to broadly integrate sustainability problems into the university curriculum and to apply the concept of Education for Sustainable Development, ranking 111th among Best Global Universities.

• Eligible Courses or Subjects: Doctoral studies are available at the Freie Universität Berlin.
• Criteria for Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria in order to be considered:

How To Apply for China Scholarship Council Doctoral Awards in Germany

• How to Apply: To be considered for admission, doctoral applicants must complete an online application form. Scholarship application information is available on the Liaison Office Beijing portal.
• Documents in Support: The following documents must be presented to the university by the students:
• Enrollment certificate
• Unofficial transcripts can be printed.
• a copy of the undergraduate diploma
• Admission to the doctorate program
• Motivational letter
• recommendation letter
• Admission Requirements: Students must examine the university’s formal PhD requirements.
• Language Requirement: English Students must submit the following English language proficiency exam results:
