Delft University of Technology Scholarships 2023. The Delft University of Technology offers a number of excellence scholarship programs for international students. The Justus & Louise van Effen Scholarship is one of those programs and it aims to financially supporting excellent international MSc students wishing to study at TU Delft.
At TU Delft a number of scholarships are available for excellent international applicants. Justus & Louise Van Effen Excellence Scholarships are financed by the legacy of Justus and Louise van Effen. After the completion of a Master’s degree at a renowned university, you can become a PhD candidate at the TU Delft. During a four-year PhD project, you will independently conduct in-depth research within a specific research area. At the end of this period you will write a dissertation on your research which you present and defend. After successfully defending your dissertation, you are promoted to doctor (Dr. or PhD). | Eligibility | You are an excellent international applicant (conditionally) admitted to one of the 2-year regular TU Delft MSc programmes (not a Joint Education Programme).
You have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum. You have a bachelor degree from an internationally renowned university outside of The Netherlands. You have submitted a complete MSc application before the scholarship deadline. |

| Granting | Students who have been granted a scholarship will be informed by TU Delft via email by the end of March 2023.
Receiving the scholarship is conditional on the student fulfilling all admission criteria. |

| Procedure | ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED MUST BE SUBMITTED AT ONCE with the MSc Application ! 1. Complete your MSc application (check the admission requirements) 2. Upload the Scholarship Application Form 3. Upload two reference letters o   You can upload your reference letters during your MSc application (as one PDF document), according to the indicated requirement. And/or o   You can request the reference letters from your referee(s). Fill out the information about your referee/s and invite them by using the ‘send invitation button’. The referee(s) will receive an automatic email inviting him/her to upload a reference for you. 4. Upload the English language certificate
