Description
The University of Copenhagen is encouraging domestic and international students to apply for International Ph.D. Fellowships in Formal Verification, which will allow them to conduct their research in Denmark.
The major goal of this fellowship is to help bright candidates pursue a Ph.D. degree at the institution in the academic year 2022/2023. The Ph.D. project’s purpose is to contribute to an ongoing formalization effort utilizing the Isabelle proof aid, with the goal of creating the first formally verified system for large data analysis.

Eligibility of International Ph.D. Fellowships in Formal Verification Denmark
- All nationalities are eligible to participate.
- Acceptable Subjects or Courses: Formal Verification Ph.D. program
- Criteria that are acceptable: Applicants must have completed a degree program comparable to a Danish master’s degree (180 ECTS/3 FTE BSc + 120 ECTS/2 FTE MSc) linked to the project’s subject area, such as Computer Science, to be eligible for the standard Ph.D. program.

Benefits
The University of Copenhagen will offer a starting salary of DKK 27,871.40 per month, including the PhD supplement (1 Oct. 2021 level).
