Eligibility of Knight Hennessy Scholarship Program

• The award is open to graduates of any nationality, race, gender, or age.
• The candidate must be enrolled and accepted in a full-time Stanford graduate degree program to be eligible for the grant.
• The candidate must be a graduate student who has just started their program. If the applicant’s graduate program began before 2021, he or she is ineligible.
• The candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree within the last six years. (Before 2015) Applicants from the United States military (active or veteran) must have obtained their degree before 2013.

How To Apply For Knight Hennessy Scholarship Program

• Applicants must apply individually for the scholarship and the Stanford University graduate degree program in order to be considered.
• The candidate must identify the Stanford degree program to which he or she will apply on the scholarship application form.
• The Knight-Hennessy Scholarship application will be filed online.
• The materials for the application must be submitted online in English.
• While applying, it is advised that the candidate use an advanced version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Benefits

• From the time of acceptance and selection, the scholars will receive a financial stipend for up to three years.
• The tuition will be paid in full.
• A stipend will be provided.
• Room and board, books, academic materials, instructional material, local transportation costs, and acceptable personal expenditures will all be covered by an education stipend.
• Every year, one economy class roundtrip ticket to and from Stanford will be awarded.
• A supplemental stipend will be offered to enhance educational knowledge through conferences and travel.
• The scholars will be granted a unique summer grant for the course if they choose summer research projects as an extra learning opportunity.
