The University of Malta cordially invites international students who are unable to meet the financial requirements of studying a master’s degree abroad to apply for Masters by Research and PhD positions available for the academic year 2021-2022.
The research master’s degree and the doctoral degree International students who desire to pursue a degree program at the University of Malta are eligible for the studentships. This application is open to applicants from countries outside of the European Union/EEA.

- Admission Requirements: The applicants must have grade 5 or higher in the matriculate certification and must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and an impressive research proposal to be admitted in any desired Master’s program.
- Language Requirement: The students must take the Secure English Language Test (SELT) and present the test scores.

The University of Malta will provide the selected candidates full tuition fee, 100%, or partial tuition fee, 10%to 90%, considering all aspects of the candidates from academics to interests to nationality.
