Multiple Ph.D. positions in Istanbul Turkey are going to be offered for competent students who want to continue their higher studies. The Graduate School of Social Sciences will begin enrolling students for two new Ph.D. programs in Experimental Psychology and Social Psychology beginning in the 2021-2022 academic year. Starting in September 2021, various Ph.D. seats in the subjects of visual neuroscience, cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and social psychology are available at Sabanc University in Istanbul. Graduate students will benefit from multidisciplinary work and competitive stipends.
Application Deadline: August 2, 2021.
Successful Candidates will do:
- Designing and programming behavioral and EEG experiments
- Collecting and analyzing behavioral and EEG data
- Writing papers & applying for grants
Eligibility for Multiple Ph.D. positions in Istanbul Turkey
- We’re searching for a bright, self-driven graduate to join one of our interesting projects. A Master’s degree in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required for Ph.D. candidates.
- Experience in neuroscience research and good programming abilities in MATLAB or Python is a plus.
- Candidates should be able to communicate effectively. It is not necessary to know Turkish.
- The motivation letter should include a summary of your current and past research experiences.
- Please also include your TOEFL/IELTS result, if you already have one, as well as the names of 3 referees.
