The School for Mental Health and Neuroscience at Maastricht University is offering Ph.D. positions in the development and evaluation of practical tools to promote the reintegration of employees with dementia. For the academic year 2022-2023, applications are being accepted. Students with a suitable master’s degree are encouraged to apply for this post, which will allow them to participate in a unique initiative focused on developing and evaluating practical tools to aid in the reintegration of employees with dementia. Monthly payment of € 2,434 will be paid to selected pupils.

- Criteria for Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following/given requirements to be considered:
- Applicants must have good analytical abilities, excellent organizing, coordinating, and interpersonal skills, and a desire to work in a team environment.

- Admission Requirements: For this position, applicants must have a master’s degree, ideally in health sciences, (work) psychology, or comparable subjects. You’re adaptable, interested, and skilled at writing scientific papers; you’ve got strong analytical capabilities, excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, and you love working in a group. You should ideally have a shown interest in dementia (at an early age) and/or work and health, as well as qualitative research experience.
- Language Requirement: Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
Benefits
In accordance with the Ph.D. remuneration, the selected Ph.D. candidates will be paid a monthly income of € 2,434 gross per month in the first year and up to € 3,111 gross per month in the fourth year.
