Eligibility of UKRI iCASE IBM PhD Studentship in UK

• Countries that are eligible are the United Kingdom and Ireland.
• Acceptable Courses and Subjects: A Ph.D. in Bayesian Methods for Climate Impact Uncertainty is required. Quantification
• Criteria that are acceptable: Applicants must meet the following requirements in order to be considered:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Motivation and vision (for research & professional development)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and participate in a diverse community
• Evidence of outstanding English writing and conversational skills.
• Candidates with the best quality will be able to demonstrate one or more of the following:
• Expertise in one or more of the eight research areas listed above
• Methodology training is required (e.g., undergraduate research projects)
• Academic excellence is measured by research outputs (such as publications) and other measures (e.g. awards).

• How to Apply: To be eligible for this educational grant, students must enroll in the university’s Ph.D. degree courses.

Benefits

The University of Exeter will pay the award sum plus a tax-free stipend of at least £15,609 per year for a total of 3.5 years.
